Logitech is one of the great success stories that digitization brought up.

Bracken was the CEO of Braun, worked at Proctor & Gamble after P&G acquired Braun, and moved on to lead the Whirlpool Company (±25bn yearly revenue and more than 90000 employees).

When he took over Logitech, it hasn't been the best time for the company. They were losing money each year, and the situation wasn't glorious.

In the last eight years, Bracken built up several new categories, such as gaming and video collaboration. Over this period, the company grew, and the stock price increased by 10 times.

Bracken is one of the most inspiring people I've met so far, and that's also what I hear from the Logitech employees that I know.

Since I got to know Bracken, I rediscovered Logitech and learned a lot. That's why I am more than happy to share this chat with you.
